Welcome to the Egg Crate Café!
Since 2007, Egg Crate Café has been making made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch for our community.
In October 2025, Jacob and Ashley Hartley became the proud new owners of the Egg Crate Café — a family-run restaurant built on great food, friendly faces, and community spirit.
With over 20 years in the restaurant industry, Jacob brings his experience as an Executive Chef for high-end restaurants and catering companies to every dish we serve. His passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences inspired him and Ashley to make the Egg Crate Café their family’s next adventure.
The Egg Crate Café is truly a family affair! You’ll often see our kids — Alyssa, Braxton, Ruby, Lucy, Preston, McEwan, and Emilia — lending a helping hand, greeting guests, or simply adding a little extra joy to the place we call our second home.
We’re excited to continue the Egg Crate tradition while introducing fresh ideas, seasonal flavors, and the same welcoming atmosphere our guests have always loved. Thank you for being part of our story — we can’t wait to serve you!
We’re known for our breakfast menu featuring everything a breakfast-lover could ask for from build-your-own skillets and omelets, pancakes, French toast, Belgian waffles, and eggs Benedict. Our homestyle potatoes & onions are our signature side dish and is not to be missed!

Ready for lunch? Our lunch menu features daily specials and favorites like country fried chicken or steak, California club with avocado, Reuben sandwich, fresh ground beef burgers and salads.
